This Mint Oreo Cheesecake has a mint Oreo crust with a creamy, minty cheesecake filling loaded with mint Oreos and chocolate sauce. The whole thing is topped with rich chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream. It’s a mint-chocolate lover’s dream.

Decadent Mint Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Cheesecake has always been a favorite of mine. I love the thick and creamy texture of it. And making various flavors of cheesecake is also a favorite. This mint chocolate version is such a wonderful way to enjoy those flavors. You’ve got the crunchy chocolate Oreo crust, the rich, creamy mint cheesecake filling layered with mint Oreos and gooey chocolate sauce, and then finally the chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream. Every bite is full of flavor and texture and should be savored.

And mint and chocolate are easily one of the most classic flavor combinations. You can find it in many forms on my site from recipes like my Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes and Mint Chocolate Layer Cake, to my Mint Oreo Icebox Cake. Decadent Vanilla Bourbon Cake with Caramel Sauce

I love adding a little booze to my desserts. It can add so much flavor. Bourbon, especially. From this Bourbon vanilla cake, to my Bourbon Spice Toffee Cake and Bourbon Peach Streusel Cheesecake, there are several amazing options. I also love my Margarita Cake, if you enjoy tequila. They all make awesome desserts for an adult gathering, special occasion or even a 21st birthday.

Just when you thought cake couldn’t get any better, this cake makes it better. Part of what I love about this cake is that the bourbon is really able to shine against the vanilla. Even the caramel sauce has some bourbon in it. The moist, tender layers of vanilla cake are infused with just the right amount of bourbon and frosted with a smooth, creamy vanilla-bourbon buttercream. The subtle vanilla and almost smoky flavor of the bourbon are complimented beautifully by the caramel sauce. So good!

These moist and chewy banana oatmeal cookies are hands down the best banana flavored cookie I’ve ever had. Not only are they moist and chewy for days, they are unmistakably banana-y!

Moist and Chewy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Banana is one of those flavors that can get lost when you bake with it. It can be a really subtle flavor. It always bums me out when that happens, because we love the taste of banana.

These cookies meet the category of being FULL of banana flavor. Just the smell of this cookie dough mixture with the banana in it is intoxicating. And they are so moist and tender, the nearly melt in your mouth. They are perfect for using up overripe bananas and super easy to make. You don’t even need a mixer!

This is one of those old fashioned recipes that everyone loves. It’s originally from my grandmother’s cookbook. Her book is full of newspaper clippings with recipes and the names of those who submitted and shared them with the paper. I just love it. Such a different time in the world. Now we find everything online!

These cookies make the list of banana things to go crazy for. Without a doubt, it’s a tie between them and my Banana Bread Recipe! Or, maybe they are tied with my Banana Cupcakes or Banana Chocolate Chip Layer Cake. Then there’s my Homemade Banana Pudding — I just can’t decide. Banana desserts are just so tempting.
