Pizza in easy-to-eat, finger food form? What could be more perfect for game day? These easy pepperoni rolls only require 15 minutes of prep time and 25 minutes in the oven and that’s it. Boom! You’ve got an hors d’oeuvre the whole gang will enjoy.

So what makes a pepperoni roll? Convenient, delicious pre-made pizza dough is rolled out and brushed with melted butter that has been seasoned with Italian seasoning. Next, a layer of pepperoni is scattered over the dough followed by a smattering of mozzarella cheese. The whole thing is rolled up, brushed with egg wash, baked to golden brown, and finished with parmesan cheese. Slice it up and dip it in marinara sauce and you’ve got yourself an irresistible game day snack.

A Fancy 15-Minute Goat Cheese Dip with Blueberries

I don’t know about you, but I am a huge fan of goat cheese. The way it crumbles and melts in your mouth is just so satisfying! And its tangy, earthy flavor profile makes it go so well with pretty much everything.

One of my favorite things to pair with goat cheese is blueberries. The combination is simply divine! There’s a blueberry rosemary goat cheese log that I often get at the grocery store, and that’s what inspired this crave-worthy appetizer recipe.

My version is seriously to die for! It’s so wonderfully fresh, and I love how you can adjust the flavor to your liking. Plus, it’s spread out on a plate rather than rolled into a log so you get the perfect ratio of rosemary cheese to blueberry sauce in every bite. It’s also super easy!
