I’m not sure which cheesecake you were referring to, since you commented on a post about my cookbook. But generally speaking, if you double a cheesecake recipe, you would want to split it between two pans. It would be too much batter for one pan.

Hi. I am going to make your cheesecake recipe. Can I double the recipe or would it not get firm enough to support the extra weight? I'm going to slice it up and serve it with a few of your toppings. So this way there will be a few different options for guests
